Capture the event before filling in every detail

Transcription depends on the configured service, microphone and recording quality. Background noise, names and technical terms can affect the result. Important figures and amounts deserve particular care.
Review the AI suggestion
AI-assisted organization may suggest whether a phrase concerns a reminder, task, issue or financial statement. A spoken statement is not automatically a confirmed fact. Review its text, project, people and relationships before finalizing it.
“I paid 200 euros” needs the correct recipient, agreement and amount. Recording the statement does not transfer money. Missing context should be clarified rather than invented.
