How are members and quotas counted?
Office members managing the office and its projects are counted. Guests join free in the specific projects and items they can access. They need their own subscription for their own projects.
Project, storage and AI quotas are shared across the office. Archived projects do not count as active, but their files and revisions still use storage. Guests’ AI usage and project files use office quotas.
How do AI credits work?
Subscription credits renew monthly, including on annual billing, and do not roll over. Purchased extra credits are valid for 12 months.
Simple text command: 1 credit. Voice command up to 30 seconds, with transcription and classification: 2 credits.
Start’s 100 credits cover up to 50 short voice commands a month, or a mix of text and voice.
Longer recordings, drawing and document analysis, and complex technical processing use separate credit rates. Credit costs will appear before confirmation once subscriptions are active.
When credits run out, standard entry and search remain available. When storage is full, existing files remain accessible and exportable; new uploads require free space.
Dedicated setup and integrations
Independent installation and database: from €5,000 setup and €699 / month after technical assessment. Custom development and ERP are quoted separately. Source code transfer is not included.
Incoming AADE tax documents: €19 / month as an add-on when released. The live integration is not yet available. Document issuance and revenue management are not included.

ERGAKTO is designed for engineers, technical offices and people organizing construction projects. It can support an independent engineer or a team running several projects at once.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. Explore the app free with sample data, without creating an account. The demo is not linked to a real project and does not trigger charges.
Can I record information by voice?
Quick Add supports quick entry by voice, text or photo, according to the app’s available capabilities. You can organize the information afterwards.
How do contractors and workers take part?
Invited partners can access relevant tasks and information according to their role and permissions. Not everyone needs to see the same records.
Can I send requests to several partners?
The Partners workflow is designed to use one request with relevant drawings and photos for several recipients and to organize quote comparisons. Individual features depend on the current version.
Do invited partners cost extra?
They do not count as office seats. Plans count office members separately from invited contractors, workers, suppliers and clients.
What can I do with Ask ERGAKTO today?
Ask ERGAKTO is in pilot. The public page shows sample questions about project data. Real records require suitable access. Features such as technical PDF reading remain in Beta and are unavailable in the free demo.
When will subscriptions be available?
Commercial plans have been introduced, but paid subscriptions are not yet active. Until then, explore the app through the free demo.
